About Our RC Flying Club

SMASH conducts business meetings on the third Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm. The meeting is held at Tex Long's Home/Shop at 27761 Baker Potts Road, Harlingen, Texas 78552. Be sure to check our Facebook page for more information and updates.

This is a time to meet together and enjoy the fellowship of others who share our love for the sport of model aviation. Many subjects are discussed including, club business, event planning, field improvements, and tech tips. Also, the coveted monthly CRASH AWARD is handed out to the most deserving member who had a full contact landing during the month. This is also a time when you can bring your latest creation and share it with the guys in our "Model of the Month" segment of the meeting.
